David holds an ISSA Personal Training Certificate along with an ITEC Diploma in Massage. A private shower with towels and toiletries is available, along with complimentary beverages.
David can also offer extensive advice on nutrition and exercise to help you meet your goals – whether that be bulking up or weight loss. Rates start at $70 per hour. Training packages are available with prices from $650 for 10 sessions. A compliementary initial consultation is offered.
